Destemming and crushing of the berries with direct pressing.
Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (18°C).

TASTING
This pale rosé is immediately appealing. It combines notes
floral notes with exotic fruits, and it becomes more complex on the palate with the appearance
of yellow-fleshed fruits. This rosé, enhanced by its freshness, is delightful and best enjoyed at
10°C.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
This delicate rosé is delicious on its own but also pairs well with other wines.
