WINEMAKING
Harvest at increasing maturity.
Night harvest (fresh must at 10°C).
Destemming and crushing of the berries with direct pressing.
Fermentation at low temperature (18°C)
Blending of grape varieties.

TASTING
This rosé, with its bright color, asserts itself with aromas of citrus and fruit.
reds. The palate is refreshing and fruity.
A delightful rosé for an aperitif, best enjoyed at 8°C

FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
This rosé can be enjoyed as an aperitif, accompanied by cured ham and tomatoes.
cherry and tapenade… but it also pairs well with colorful dishes
such as Asian cuisine or summer barbecues.
