WINEMAKING
Pre-fermentation cold maceration (5°C) for 3 to 5 days. Fermentation
Alcoholic fermentation at 25°C using selected indigenous yeasts. Aged in
tank.

TASTING
This red wine, with its lovely purple hue, offers aromas of dark fruit.
Fresh aromas ranging from blackcurrant to blueberry. The ample and supple palate is reminiscent of
A basket of dark fruits with a light hint of licorice. Drink at
16°C.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
This red wine with its crisp fruitiness calls for a charcuterie board, but if
A BBQ is underway, he'll only be better off.
Do not store in a cellar; the bottle must be opened first…
